These springy cupcakes are yet another gluten-free batch of the moist black bean and chocolate chip cupcakes!

These extra chocolatey cupcakes are made with my black bean recipe and iced with a super fudgey dark chocolate icing. A mix of pretty pastel sugar pearls was sprinkled on top and some violet icing flowers finished them off! These were a nice burst of spring for an April birthday party this year!
