Gluten-free items are becoming more and more popular these days. These cupcakes are rich, moist and delicious AND gluten-free!

The chocolate cupcakes are actually made with black beans in place of flour but they taste great! A few chocolate chips were added in as well for good measure. The icing on these chocolatey cupcakes is a raspberry buttercream and there is no food colouring in them at all, just pure colour from the raspberries!
